In 2010, Tim & Angie Todd started Select Homes Real Estate (also known as The Todd Team Realtors) with the mission of helping people buy and sell homes while tailoring their approach to their client’s individual needs. About The Todd Team Realtors
Tim Todd grew up in Simi Valley, California and moved to San Diego to attend San Diego State University. After college, he worked for the San Diego Chargers Football Team for 10 years and was employed by them when they went to the Super Bowl in 1995. He left the Chargers in 1999 to pursue other
opportunities in both Medical Sales and the real estate industry. Tim was licensed as a California Real Estate Salesperson in 1985, and then became a California Real Estate Broker in 2010 when he started Select Homes Real Estate.
Angie Todd grew up in Atherton, California and moved to San Diego to attend the University of San Diego. She received her Bachelor’s degree as well as her California Teaching Credential and went on to teach elementary classes and work with special needs students. In 2013, Angie received her California Real Estate Saleperson’s License and joined the Select Homes team (now known as The Todd Team Realtors). Recently, Angie has begun volunteering and speaking as a Heart Attack and Stroke Survivor for the American Heart Association.
Tim & Angie met when they were both interns with the San Diego Chargers and they married 3 years later. They live in Rancho Bernardo and have 3 adult children; Justin, Spencer and Shelby.
